More Inside Scoops on Abovetopsecret.com!

My, my! Things DO get interesting around here! Another anonymous email from an abovetopsecret.com forum member this morning. (Actually, one of several, but the others are so specific that I am not going to publish them to protect the correspondents. Let's just say I'll save that information for when it is needed!)

Anyway, here's the one I CAN publish:

I have information about Abovetopsecret.com. Here's a hint: Use the search function (or google) to see the posts made by the admin and the supermods.You will notice that very few admins actually do any posting on that board. First, there is Skepticoverlord; Second there is Springer; and Third is Simon Gray.

Now notice this: Although 1 and 3 have made posts on interesting topics, number 1 in particular, there are almost NO posts from number 2. The question should be asked: Why not? Why are the people who are at the top of the foodchain NOT posting on the board?

Well, let me suggest an answer: Some people are on ATS for information, some for entertainment, but some are there just for power. The kick they get from it is not in sharing information or learning or showing information, but in the power to control others and to control the board.

Now, here's another clue: the REASON people go for power on such a board is because it is the last gasp for people who are powerless in real life!

If you want to know what motivates the people running that board, the answer is POWER. Anyone who comes along and poses a threat to that power are banned, or ridiculed. The further you go DOWN the foodchain the more REAL and sincere the members are. Yes, even some of those have "power issues," but others really love the board and will defend it and their fellow "regulars" at any cost.

Next, look at the Supermoderators and see how much they post. For example, search for the posters who go by the names WilliamOnesac, Alien, John Bull, Byrd and Netchicken. Those who post frequently are the ones who love the board and the topics, those who don't post very often, or only jump in to steer the discussion are the power hungry and controlling people.

Now, here is a clue: They are there because its a job for them; they are employees!

Unfortunately, the people who are defending ATS are not those who are there for power, but those who are there for love. There is a big difference between them and the "partners" who have been emailing you. The partners use an aggressive style that includes Abuse, threats and ridicule. These are all "power tools."

You are on the right path with WITD. What you are missing is the interaction between the administrators and the FBI over that issue. There was a very CLOSE relationship at that time. Dragonrider tried to expose that link which he witnessed on several occasions (he was a moderator there.) He was silenced. Totally. You will not find him on the net. ATS even destroyed his work and personal life. I am not joking, they can be really, REALLY scary!

Here's a hint: Expect the Abovetopsecret admin (and in paticular the most abusive person) to dig up dirt on laura and Ark, (it doesn't matter if it is true or not) and expect that information to be spread around ATS as a smear campaign.

ATS will also threaten legal action and try to have your site shut down. These threatened legal actions may certainly go to the extent of producing actual documents. But be aware that this is only an empty threat. They will never go to court because if they did, they would have to answer questions they do not want to answer. They don't want publicity over what they are doing, they just want to silence the opposition or anyone who has caught on to them.

This is what happened to Dragonrider. They found his home address and made false accusations about fabricated events that they then reported to the local police where he lived. He was fired from his fireman's job as a result.

Don't give in, otherwise you will just be like all the others who learned the truth about the founders of ATS and were silenced.

Again, do a search of the admin names on the board and you will discover a pattern: few - if any of them - are actually giving anything at all to the members of the board, they are just trying to suck information out of them, and then exerting pressure to control the flow of information on the board so that the truth is buried.

Thanks, Anonymous, for the hints. Certainly, if ATS is who we think they are, COINTELPRO, they will certainly harass us as you describe. It's no less than we expect since we have already been subjected to this type of treatment. And as always, we will publish everything.
